Included in this envelope are pattern pieces and instructions to make:

Fairy costume A includes skirt, cape with marabou trim, belt with sequin trim, and headband with trim.
Clown costume B includes skirt, cape with daisy appliques, and hat.
Leopard costume C includes skirt with tail, belt, bracelet, cape, and ears.
? (Mushroom?) costume D includes skirt, neck ruffle, and hat.
Ballerina costume E includes skirt with bow, headband, necklace, and rose.

All skirts have contrast underskirt. Purchased tops.

For sizes 3 - 8. Broken down, that's:
Chest sizes 22 - 27
Waist sizes 20½ - 23½
Hip sizes up to 28
Back waist length sizes 9 - 12
For girls approximately 38 - 52" tall.
