A Limoges Havilland china serving dish made in France for export to Toronto and Winnipeg. The dish or bowl is a low style with a scalloped base and graceful handles
both trimmed with gold. The rim is also gold trimmed. The floral design is an elegant trail of lilac and purple flowers with some golden vines.
The bowl is 10.5 inches long and 12 inches including the handles. It is 8 inches across and about 3 inches deep. It is marked in green on the back GDA France, in red Ch. Fields Havilland Made in France, E, Toronto Winnipeg.
Condition is excellent. At one time this was a covered dish and while the lid is long gone, the dish looks perfect as is. There are no cracks, chips or loss of gold or floral design. A really elegant addition to your special dining table.
