Little girl in babushka ceramic bell hand made hand painted hc3254

This little girl in her blue and white checked babushka is actually a handmade ceramic bell. She looks almost like a finger puppet for a fat finger but is complete with ceramic clapper on a cord. She is matte glazed on the outside and decorated with blue and black. Her face is the unglazed clay. The girl is signed on the inside with what looks like an R. She is just shy of 4 inches tall and about 2 inches in diameter. Cute as anything. Condition is preowned but perfect.
