Green coral and rhinestone earrings screw back 1950s vintage jewelry ll1258

These lovely little button earrings consist of a ring of rhinestones around what looks like green coral, and centered with another rhinestone. The fact these are from the 1950s could make them genuine coral but I don't know any way to tell.

They are on working screw-backs and are unmarked. A jeweler could convert these for you. They are 5/8 inch in diameter. The flash washed out the color. Green is slightly stronger but still pastel mint.
