A Stunning Antique Opal Necklace, Vintage Art Nouveau - Victorian Victorian Style in Sterling Silver, circa 1920-50. This lovely piece holds a collection of beautiful natural Australian opal gemstones. They are joined by sparkling marcasites, a popular element of late Victorian and Art Deco jewelry. The setting and chain are sterling silver and have a nice deep patina acquired over the years. Overall the necklace is about 15 inches long and the centerpiece is about 1 3/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches. This piece was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
