This set of Irish crocheted doilies and table runner or dresser scarf are so old and yet I can't find a single spot or broken thread. They are burnt orange (almost persimmon) and off-white.
The runner is two round doilies connected by a diamond of fillet stitch and the doilies are round. The centers have raised petals on the flowers. Despite the pictures, the two doilies are the same size (11 inches in diameter) and the two ends of the runner are also the same size (14 inches in diameter). The runner is 32 inches long.
This would be great on a dresser and two night stands or a really long antique buffet or harvest table.
