This madam drum instrument is the folk instrument used widely in every folk music in Nepal. This particular drum is produced by a community called "kulu" who are mostly resides in the hill track . The instrument is easy to play by both hand .

The Madal Drum is quite fascinating. Its sound is authentic and it's easy to play. However, it took me a little time to get used to the unique playing technique. Overall, a very nice instrument to have.
