Laurel leaf pendant with plaque step dancers girl guides vintage ll3133

This pendant is made of a silvery metal. The back is high polished and the front is a textured circlet of laurel leaves. In the center is a white enamel plaque with two figures dressed in green with gold trim and features.

One is wearing knee socks and has short hair. This leads me to believe they are step dancers or girl guides. The plaque is overed with clear Lucite. The pendant is 1.5 inches in diameter. Condition is very good vintage. Some scratches to the finish on the back is all.
