A taste of the past !!!
This English crystal cut Tantalus decanter with silver plated collar, lock and keys; echoes all of the old atmosphere of the "Gentleman’s Clubs."

Very well executed, quality “Pineapple” cutting of
the crystal on the shoulder. This was meant for a secure grip on the decanter, when wearing white gloves if serving.
A nice flowing, olive ground cut to the lowers sides. A special patented silver plated “lever lock,” helps to avoid unwanted visitors.
The stopper is cut in the manner of the revolving glass ceiling balls, often associated with dance floors and night clubs of the time.
