How To Use It

For a natural, face-framing effect, be sure your eyebrows are dry and clean of any other makeup
Brush the mascara through each brow in short, upward strokes, beginning at the inner part of the brow near your nose and working outward through the tail
If you want to do a second coat, apply it right away before the first coat dries
Wait a minute or two for the formula to dry, then hands-off your brows until you're ready to take off your makeup
