Yeast for home preparation of original Bulgarian yogurt with Damascene rose leaves
Combines the beneficial properties of the original Bulgarian yogurt and Damascene rose.
Purpose:

Strains of lactic acid microorganisms of the species Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus have been isolated from natural sources. The Bulgarian lactobacillus is known as a factor of health and longevity.
The probiotic and therapeutic and prophylactic properties of the lactobacilli strains included in the yeast have been studied in prestigious medical institutes. They help to restore the balance of the digestive system, remove toxins from the body, have an antitumor effect and activate the functions of the immune system.
Damascene rose has antibacterial, antioxidant and antispasmodic properties. It has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, supports metabolism. It has a positive effect on reducing stress and anxiety.
Method of preparation:
The milk is boiled. Leave hot for 30 minutes. Cool to 45 ÷ 48 0С. Add the yeast from one capsule, 5-8 lyophilized rose leaves ** and mix well until it dissolves. The fermented milk is left to ferment at 45 0C for 8 ÷ 10 hours without stirring. The fermentation temperature is maintained by wrapping the fermented milk container or placing it in a thermostat (oven) at the specified temperature. If the fermentation takes place in the evening, the next morning the milk will have coagulated (the structure of the milk will be denser). Refrigerate without stirring. After cooling to 10 0C it is edible.
The quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the milk you use. If the result is unsatisfactory, try another milk.
