This unusual little cookbook is shaped like a potato. It is 8" x 5", bound with 2 metal rings, and has approximately 100 pages (printed on both sides). This cookbook is not dated, but is from around 1977 judging from a USDA bulletin referenced in the text.
It is in Good used condition with some light soiling, age-toning, and a small 1/4" tear at the top of the front cover. Interior pages are very clean and unmarked.
Many of the recipes were contributed by members of the Wisconsin Potato and Vegetable Growers Auxiliary. Most of the recipes' contributors are named, along with their hometown.
