Description

This is a SEALED Monopoly game signed by Charles Martinet, the voice actor of Mario and Luigi. He written the following:

Mama Mia!!!
Mario Charles Martinet (a Mario face here)
Woo hoo!!!

The words by Luigi are are bit harder to make out, but it looks like

"Hiya!! L man"

The written portion is on the plastic wrapping. So while the game is sealed with presumably all the game pieces, you must exercise extreme caution. The signatures can be wiped off if the wrong chemicals come in contact with them. It is written with a Sharpie.
