This is a plastic comb-bound softcover church cookbook titled "Heavenly Dishes" from the congregation of the First Baptist Church in Eunice, Louisiana. There are 166 pages, and an index. Each page averages 2 to 3 recipes per page, and each recipe is attributed. It is probably from the late 1970s or early 1980s.
The covers are worn and rippled, with a few spots and "Pg - 90" written in pencil on the back (that page has a recipe for "Cream Cheese Braids" that has been corrected). The interior pages are slightly age-tanned, but very clean, with just a few spots. The first leaf (which would have had the Table of Contents and publishing date) is missing, but all other pages are present and it is still in Good used condition.
