The dress has a burgandy velvet short sleeved top that has a peter pan collar trimmed in white satin...the waist has a white satin tie back belt that is embellished with white flowers...gorgeous lace bottom that is overtop of a silky slip underneath...size 18 months...pearl button closure on the back. Top: Velvet 70% acetate/30% nylon; Skirt & lining: 100% acetate. Absolutely perfect condition!
