Beautiful Original Late 1800's (1897), Original Antique Chromolithograph which is a calendar page - A pair of pretty Collie dogs. One black and white one is standing at attention, the other golden colored dog is laying down on the grass. I believe the black and white dog is a Border Collie dog, ?.
Print is TITLED on the bottom left edge: COLLIES. Is not artist signed, but could be the works of F. ( FREDERICK) TAYLOR, ??. In lower right hand corner is marked: COPYRIGHT 1897 BY KOERNER & HAYES.
EXCELLENT CONDITION OF PRINT. VIBRANT AND VIVID UNFADED COLORING. Slight age toning on the back.
Housed in its antique period old heavy wood sawn oak frame painted a gold color. It has gotten a nice rich patina on back of frame. GLASS intact. We cleaned up the glass for you and replaced the older cardboard backer. Old wiring ready for you to hang up on your wall.
Overall frame measures 10-1/2 inches wide by 12-1/4 inches high. Back print measurement: 9-1/4 wide by 11-1/42 high. GREAT CONDITION!
