This Original Poster from the acclaimed JOHN SCHLESINGER Thriller is in Excellent / Fine condition. There is minor light corner and edge wear ; very faint, circular scrapes / indentations at the top left black area and some light fingerprinting at the top right black area. Like most posters of this size, it is printed on extra-heavy glossy poster stock. Stored out-of-sunlight since the 70s, the blacks are deep and unfaded. It has always been ROLLED - never folded.

The striking, stark black-and-white poster art by poster designer BILL GOLD features a terrific, hi-grain image of the film's star, DUSTIN HOFFMAN, who points a handgun directly into the film's great, stylized, quadrupled title-logo. Large white lettering below the title reads, simply " A THRILLER "

The film also stars LAURENCE OLIVIER , ROY SCHEIDER , WILLIAM DEVANE and MARTHE KELLER . Screenplay by WILLIAM GOLDMAN . Directed by JOHN SCHLESINGER
