A beautiful pair of antique pre-ban carved ivory purse handles/frames from the Art Nouveau/Edwardian Period.
These handles/frames were purchased in a lot of antique ivory Victorian and Art Nouveau pieces at an estate sale.
These delicately carved handles have an Art Nouveau floral and foliage motif and 15 piercings for attaching the purse/bag. Truly lovely workmanship.
CONDITION: No chips, cracks or staining. Front sides of handles are beuatifully smooth with fine detail accent etching. The "rough" area pictured in the close up (see pic) is on the back side of the handle.
DIMENSIONS: 7" long, 1" at widest, 1/4" thick
