handmade from 25yards of soft smooth white indecent Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft matching fabric elastic waistband.
This tutu also works perfectly under any dress or skirt as a petticoat.
This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered!
Measurement
Small 26"-36" waistband stretch
length 20"
these tutus are complete sewn, they are not tied tulle! they will last you a long time.
Just remember even though this tutu is long it still can be sheer, so if your not daring were something under them
This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.

All skirts are made by shay, and are Sister Of The Moon Designs. they are kept in a smoke free home, but I do have a cat! I create many unique styles of skirts. I also love to take custom orders. Like what you see but not the right colors or size, feel free to ask for something different.
