Merino wool lining throughout the entire suit. The wool swells up when wet and prevents water from sloshing around thereby preventing heat loss due to thermal convection. In addition to this simple swelling characteristic, the wool is might be "exothermic", meaning that it gives off heat as it becomes wet - thereby increasing the thermal efficiency when compared to neoprene alone. Other features of this great suit:
1- Anatomically correct hood with soft face skirt.
2- Reinforced shoulder pads.
3- Newly designed, maintenance free dry zipper.
4- Pre-bent articulated arms.
5- Large knee and side thigh Kevlar pads.
6- Internal attached bib with neck collar to prevent leaks from hood.
7- Double neoprene wrist seals with internal leak guard.
8- Double ankle seals with neoprene flap that zips over booties.
9- Highly reflective patches on top and back of hood.
10- Reinforced glued/stitched seems with soft patches on all stitch junctures.
