This is a piece of newspaper out of the San Antonio Tx newspaper from Sunday, Feb. 18 1917. It is out of the Automobiles and Sports " section, but speaks about the Flag of Cortez on the main side. The other side is actually has a comic strip "Bringing up Father", Official Texas League Schedule for 1917 and several other sporting articles as well as advertising ad's. The condition as you can see in the pictures is "worn", with tears/holes at the folded creases, along with some hand written notes.
