Made from layers of turquoise smooth Bridal tulle, This tutu has tons of layers, the longest at 19" in the back shortest layer at 13" in the front. We have used 40+ yards of tulle! This is huge. There is also a turquoise soft underskirt so you can not see through! The fabric and tulle has been professorially serged to the fabric covered elastic
