This is a cute plaque or shelf made of wood called Kittens 'n Ribbons. It is two kittys on a base and was designed by Patty Deschamps in 1993. It is a hand original pattern which is included. The kit comes with 10 x 3 base, 10 x 6 1/2 kittens, two screws, one small knob, and hanger, also the instruction sheet. It is relief carved or just painted. I do not know what the relief carved means. It is sold as is. Measurements are within an 1/8 th of an inch.
