This is a vintage calender from 1969 with Thoughts to Live By by Helen Steiner Rice.

It is not in the best of condition,

it belonged to my father, and he probably had it ever since it came out. He is gone now (bless his soul) and I am hoping thatsomeone else can find some enjoyment from it like he did.

As I said it is not in the best of condition, but the pages are still readable.

Thoughts to live by and remember from January thru December, words to smooth the roughest way and add new purpose to each day.

There is an embossed bird and flowers in an oval on the front cover,

it has tape in the left hand corner, apparently to hold it together.

Each had a place to write on the opposite side and my dad has written on them.

There is a place in the back for phone numbers and important dates, and wedding anniversay gifts.

It has an easel stand and will still stand up.

On the back is Gibson and Inspirational Calender, Made in USA.

As I said the top cover was coming loose and has been taped, and it has some fingerprints and spots.

It is made of heavy card stock in an off white, ecru color.
