This is a sweet Home Sweet Home kit from Vogart Crafts that is done with net darning.
The art of net darning dates back to 17th century Europe when it featured ornate patterns.
It became popular again in a less ornate manner during the Victorian era.
Vogart recreates net darning with original designs using easy to do stitches worked on 6 mesh supple canvas.
This has a pretty little white house with a tree on each side, and Home Sweet Home at the top.
It is edged in lace, 14" x 14".
Kit is not in original package but is in new condition.
Includes fine quality net darning fabric, cotton/polyester backing fabric, pillow backing fabric, fabric for ruffle, lace, cotton darning thread, needle, and easy instructions.
