Please note that I am guessing these are tigers on this fork. It is Asian, see photo of back of fork, and has two animals that look more like tigers than any other animal.
The fork is 3 pronged such as would be used for pickles or olives and the tiger motif is on the tip. The tigers are done in colored enamel or cloisonne encased in Lucite. The fork stem is shaped like a stalk of bamboo. The fork is 5 inches long and does not appear to have been used. It is marked on the back with two Chinese(?) symbols and the word Arts.
