DESCRIPTION
Some of you may remember Expo'67. Wouldn't be nice to get back to the days of party atmosphere in Montreal and see the entire world on an island? Now you have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get for yourself a tiny ray of that sunny summer - for the first time in forty years the unique collection of the USSR pavilion is coming up for sale! Yes, some of the amber treasures prepared specially for the exhibition have been carefully preserved, intact, never worn - in fact, never seen the light of day - since that summer.
Some still have their original tags attached! The colours that only time can enhance so beautifully are unique - rich orange, sparkling honey, butterscotch, burnished copper, cognac and an occasional mellowed bone white. All articles are of the finest craftsmanship, with no amber being spared to create these showpieces. You do not need to be an amber aficionado to appreciate them, but it adds to their timeless charm. They will make a precious gift to someone special or a treasured treat to yourself. They will not last on the market for long so act now and get your own piece of history.
We will be glad to answer as many of your question as we can, or send you additional picture or two. All the listing items are very 40 years or older and have been kept in storage, so please do not expect them to be perfect.
