Each panel has a rod pocket accommodating a 2-1/2 in rod as shown in the pictures. The bottom of each tier has an approx. 5-1/4 in ruffle of matching shadow voile fabric. The fabric is cotton/poly from Springs Industries, Inc. I made the panels and just laundered them.
