THE ABSENT-MINDED PROFESSOR ~ U.S. Half-Sheet Poster NSS# R74/239 -~ WALT DISNEY ~ Original Release: 1961 / This Re-Release: 1974

This delightful Disney poster is in Excellent / Near-Mint condition, with some minor corner, edge and surface wear and light signs of handling. Stored ROLLED and OUT-OF-SUNLIGHT since the 70s, the colors are vibrant and unfaded. Printed on heavy poster stock, it has never been folded.

The wonderful DISNEY artwork, from the FAMILY COMEDY CLASSIC the yielded two sequels (SON OF FLUBBER and FLUBBER ) shows Professor FRED MacMURRAY at work in his lab in a rubber apron and holding a test-tube and beaker. He gazes up at another image of himself and his dog as they sail through the clouds in his FLYING MODEL-T FORD , which is losing some nuts and bolts. There's a nice blue/aqua background and the film's great stylized title logo, too.

Also in the Cast: NANCY OLSON , KEENAN WYNN , TOMMY KIRK , LEON AMES , ELLIOTT REID , EDWARD ANDREWS and ED WYNN . Directed by ROBERT STEVENSON
