This elegant duo have a gracefully fluid line and are beautifully molded. They are made of chalk ware or plaster and colored a lime green. It is actually a very pleasant color but the photos were taken at night with flash.
The two have the elongated shapes of the late Art Deco period. They have spare detail and rely on the graceful line for their beauty. They are wearing long gowns, one has drape and the other is a slightly wrap style a-line. One has a bow at the neck and the other is wearing a scarf wrapped around the neck and one end brought forward. They are just a hair shy of 14 inches tall. Both have felt on the bottoms to protect your furniture.
The current color will go well in rooms with blue, green or neutral color schemes but I see no reason they couldn't be painted or stained to blend into any decor. These are most dramatic at night when they cast mysterious shadows. The figurines have been rubbed with a metallic finish that gives a dusting of contrast.
The weight of the two without packaging is 4 pounds.
