In 2005 the SAAB91 Safir celebrated its 60th aniversery, and with this film we would like to celebrate a classical educational airplane, produced by SAAB, and used by many countries including Sweden. Further on, this is our 10th aviation documentary film, hence the medallion!

This film cover all the way from the construction of the airplane to today, where the Safir still fly all over the world. Interviews with and stories told by well known Swedish pilots and other aviation profiles within the Swedish aviation community, together with new and unique footage never shown before, both air-to-air and ground to air, makes this film a MUST for all aviation enthusiasts.
