These are the cutest potholders. Hand crocheted in single crochet in the shape of Japanese lanterns. They are double thickness so that when suspended from the top loop they separate and give the appearance of paper lanterns. In keeping with the Japanese influence, the maker has used 3 different varigated threads. The body is varigated blue/white, the top center is lilac/yellow and the bottom center is rainbow. The potholders have a black top loop and bottom tassel. Perfect condition. Really a great gift for the person who loves Japanese cuisine.
