Original replacement DVD Drive Lite-On DG16D2S for Xbox 360. We also have LG-Hitachi, Samsung, BenQ etc. DVD Drives for XBOX360.
For the new drive to read and load xbox 360 games, the circuit board must be transferred from the old drive. Transferring the circuit board from the old drive to the new one on Philips drives requires soldering.

The XBOX360 DVD Drive is functional, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. It seems to be of good quality, but I wish I had double-checked compatibility before purchasing. However, the product looks promising for those with the right model.
