The CVSL-L07 comes with 4GB of internal memory so it can fit all your favorite tunes and then some. To play your music, press the PLAY button for three seconds. The indication lights goes from blinking red to solid green. The watch is now on. Tap the PLAY button once again, your music begins to play.
