Very cute strapless Marimekko cotton sundress or party dress with a wonderfully bold giant chrysanthemum print in warm sienna brown, magenta and pink. Curved and fitted princess seams on the bust with an empire seam right under the bust, and a shirred elastic panel set into the back that ensures a comfortable and snug fit, with an invisible zipper on the side.
It comes with a matching fabric belt that ties at the waist, then has a drop waist with a gathered full skirt sewn on. Very nicely made, and fully lined in sienna brown cotton. Love the graphic print! Of course, the fabulous prints and colors are what has made Marimekko famous.
Marked a size 10, must be European sizing as it fits my U.S. size 4/6 French form.
Measurements: 35-38 inches bust, 28 waist (unbelted), 38 hips, 34 total length.
