Cute little micro tutu with clean rounded edges!
Made from two layers of soft smooth green, turquoise and royal blue Bridal tulle, that have been gathered together to create smooth edges and the bubble effect. All layers are gathered and serged to the fabric waistband. Then added teal fuzzy yarn on top.
