A Beautiful New Hand Printed Top Quality Japanese Ukiyoe Art Shirt!
Myths of Ancient Japan
The print on this beautiful top is a fusion of two ancient Japanese tales- Urashima Taro and Jugo-Ya
Ukiyoe is a style of wood block printing created and developed in Japan during the Edo era (1603-1867). "Uki" means floating and "yo" means world. "e" in Ukiyoe means picture(s). So Ukiyoe literally means "pictures of the floating world." Ukiyoe describes the Japanese landscapes, the everyday life of commoners, kabuki actors, sumo wrestlers and beautiful women.
Our art shirts are hand printed in small quantities using non-toxic "watercolor technique" dyes on a wax press. High quality rich and durable screen prints on a top quality soft and durable 35/65 cotton-polyester blend Cap Sleeve fitted shirt.
Printed on front and back. Shipped brand new in poly bag.
This top will not shrink. We recommended hand wash or machine wash gentle to preserve the colors.
This beautiful new top is a misses size EXTRA LARGE- This shirt is soft and can stretch to fit. Please check measurements to insure a proper fit:
SMALL measures ~16" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~21" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~32-34"chest/bust.
MEDIUM measures ~18" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~23" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~36-38"chest/bust.
LARGE measures ~19" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~25" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~38-40"chest/bust.
XL measures ~21" across the chest from armpit to armpit and ~27" long and will comfortably fit up to a ~42-44"chest/bust.
