This item is in good conditionwith some soiling and rubbing of the covers, the first page has a dedication but the rest of the pages are clean and tight, I have not seen any writing on the pages.Chapters include: introduction like my mother before me, I have had an insatiable “ appetite” for collecting witty, clever, funny serious, odd; --you name it—“saying” that I have drawn on for every occasion thru the years, my friends have encouraged me to put these “ tasty tidbits” in book form light reading or references; which has been a joy. May of these thoughts have authors, to whom I’ve given the credit; others I’ve had for years and have no idea where they came from-they shall obviously remain anonymous.
