Made from almost 40yards of soft smooth Bridal tulle of red and purple, that has been gathered and serged to the fabric waistband,
This tutu is extra poofy!

this tutu is not made yet. It is made when ordered. Please allow up to one week to make and ship.
This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat. low iron
