In the 30's; 40's and part of the 50's Tap Dancing was king. Here is a really terrific Dance Costume from 1940. This is a printed pattern that has a printed cutting line. The Cut and Sew guide is included. The Costumes in this pattern are Blouse and Shorts - Bolero and Bodice Skirt and Apron. Pattern size is 14: Breast = 32" - Waist = 27" - Hips(7" below waist) = 35". Suggested fabrics: Satin - Crepe de Chine - Washable Silt - Gingham - Lawn - Percale - Chintz. Pattern sleeve is in pretty good condition. Some tears around the edges. Some writing on the front of the pattern in Pencil. Pattern has been cut. Appears that all the pattern pieces are present.
