Around 1000, give or take a few, vintage plans reprints to build just about anything. These plans go back as far as 80 years when people had to build everything themselves from what they could scrounge from the junk pile. Keep in mind that many of these plans are very old and modern construction methods have changed in many cases. Some projects are very simple and some are complex. Most plans are digitally restored and super enlarged, making them superior to the old printed plans with their tiny print. It took many years and hundreds of hours of scanning and restoration and formatting to compile this collection.

This collection is in PDF format. All the PDF plans are on a DVD-R. Simply files on a disc, organized into categorized folders. There is no magic auto-run or install program. There is an ever-increasing downturn in the number of people who know how to operate a basic computer. This is mainly due to the huge increase in Smartphone and tablet use where there are no disc drives. How many people these days actually have the need to insert a disc into anything? This remains the only way of getting the plans to you securely. To view files on a CD or DVD, you insert the disc in your drive. Depending on your computer and operating system, if you have some type of image program on your computer, it will recognize that the disc has pictures on it and ask you if you want to view them. Choose no and/or exit the dialog that may pop up. If you have Windows 7 or below, you can go to Accessories/Windows Explorer. On the left side of the screen, you'll see a list of your computer's drives. You'll see the title "PLANS". Click on it and on the right side of screen, you'll see many folders of plans. Double click any folder and you'll see the individual PDF plans files. Double click on them and they will open up with Adobe Reader if you have it installed. If not, it's a free download. Every disc is double checked and all files are there when shipping. If there was a problem with the disc, I would have known it during burning and when testing it. Unless the disc is destroyed or damaged in the mail, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the disc to be defective. It's really the easiest thing in the world to view files on a disc, but if you still can't get the hang of it, please find a computer geek or a friend that is computer knowledgeable to help you. 99.9% of people have no problem.
