Tapered Lower Pinion Bearing for OMC Cobra and Mercury

Replaces OMC 983892 and Mercury 31812767A1 .

This brand new bearing replaces the lower pinion bearing in all OMC Cobra upper units from 1986-1993.

It also fits the following Mercury outboard applications as the outside bearing on the forward gear:

40 HP 4-Stroke 4 cylinder (NOT Bigfoot) serial number T228405 and up,

40 HP EFI 4 cylinder (NOT Bigfoot) serial number T409000 and up,

50 HP 3 cylinder serial number D000750-G589999,
