Made from 25yards of soft smooth purple Bridal tulle that has been hemmed in purple white thread that even glows int he dark(with the help of a blacklight only. tutu will not glow without blacklights). then there is a thin layer of yellow tulle trimmed in florescent yellow thread. Tulle has been gathered and serged to the neon yellow fabric waistband for extra durability.

thread is UV reactive (glows in black light)
