Dye sublimation is a process of changing the solid into a gas phase without going through a liquid phase. Under the temperature 180℃ (356°F)) to 210℃ (410°F)) and pressure, the ink colors will penetrate into the polyester fabrics or polymers and result in beautiful and colorful images in the substrates.
