(250) SEED DELOSPERMA-TABLE MOUNTAIN (ICE PLANT)

PERENNIAL

Brilliant Magenta Blooms in Just 4 Months -- from Seed!
This hardy, drought-tolerant plant forms a ground-hugging mat that blooms all summer long!

A mainstay of the water-saving or dry-climate garden, this Hardy Iceplant is an easy-to-grow, colorful ground cover that blooms for months with little to no care!

The magenta blooms face upward above bright gray-green, needle-like foliage just an inch or two off the ground. The flowers boast a brilliant yellow center surrounded by tightly-jammed, pointed petals of richest color. Succulent in texture, they remain fresh over an exceptionally long period, keeping even late-season plantings looking fresh.

Iceplant is useful to cover hot, dry spots where most other flowering perennials are not happy, and it is also becoming increasingly popular as an underplanting for Roses as well as a container subject! Whatever your garden design, select a spot in full -- even blazing! -- sun and well-drained soil. This Iceplant blooms in just 4 months from seed! Zones 6-9.
