Shows George Washington on the medal.

Case has usual imperfections that come with a case about 70 years old. The brightness of my scanner makes them look worse than they appear.
Inside of case is clean with the usual minor imperfections.

Pin assembly on medal is the old style sew on type. Lapel pin is the one piece type.
