Lapis brings up such amazing images of adventure and royalty - Egypt and the East - lovely , lovely stuff . This pendant is beautiful blue ( not sure I got the color quite right - seems to me it a bit deeper blue but it could just be my monitor ) with bands of tiny bits of pyrite - think they look like bands of stars . It has a flat back like a cabochon and is drilled front to back at the top . It measures 60mm x 40mm and is 6mm thick .
