Reno Nevada pendant necklace Crea sterling silver dice sapphire as new 1421vf

This souvenir pendant is from Reno Nevada and is a sterling silver disc with a pair of dice showing lucky 7 and a little blue sapphire prong set stone. The included chain is 20 inches with a spring ring clasp. The pendant is 1/2 inch in diameter. It is marked on the back Crea Ster. This pendant is pre-owned but in as new condition. The chain is not marked and while it looks silver, I can't promise it is sterling.
