States The Company of Military Collectors & Historians through its Reviewing Board takes pride in sponsoring this book as a popular, responsible work in weapons history for younger readers. Over 50 pages, starts with the origin of firearms, ends with ammunition, and a page on gun safety. Has an index and nice black and white illustations. Was a school library books, has school stamp, card pocket and small number on the binding. Cover has wear on the edges and is slightly discolored, pages don't appear to have marks or any missing pages. Still plenty of reading left in the book. Any questions just ask and thanks for looking.
