Delivery/shipping

Return Policy
To return an item, please send the item back postmarked within 7 days of delivery with the original packing slip and a note of explaining the reason for the return. The returned item must be in original packaging and resellable condition. Once the item is received, your PayPal account is credited for the price of the item minus shipping and handling fee (The shipping and handling fee include all the cost of processing and handling the order.) Items postmarked after 7 days of receipt are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee equal to the price of the item.
Return the defective items
If return item is detective originally, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost. However, if returned item is worked properly, the additional shipping and handling fee will be charged for sending the item back. 25% of restocking fee will be charged and will be subtracted from the refund in case the buyer requests the refund. All shipping and handling fee are non- refundable.
